Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Patriot’s Pet Care (“PPC”) website, your member account, and the Welcome Home Program. By using our website or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our Services
PPC offers daycare, boarding, training, grooming, and the Welcome Home Program — a free resource for new adopters that includes a welcome video, a downloadable companion guidebook, and an on-site wellness tracker. Specific service bookings (daycare, boarding, etc.) may be subject to additional policies provided at the time of booking.

Member Accounts

You must provide accurate information when you create an account and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

We may suspend or close accounts that are misused or that violate these Terms.

The Welcome Home Program
Access to the welcome video, guidebook, and wellness tracker is provided free of charge to eligible adopters who create an account. The program is offered as a courtesy and may be changed or discontinued. Any first-visit offers or discounts mentioned in the program are optional, subject to availability, and may have their own conditions.

Educational Content Is Not Veterinary Advice
IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ
The welcome video, guidebook, wellness tracker, and any tips we provide are general educational resources only. They are not a substitute for professional veterinary care, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed veterinarian about your dog’s health. In an emergency, contact your veterinarian or the ASPCA Animal Poison Control Center at (888) 426-4435.

Communications
By creating an account you agree to receive account and service messages by EMAIL, such as your account confirmation and password resets.
Text messaging is separate and always optional. Providing a mobile number is not required to create an account or use any PPC service. We send text messages only to the extent you have specifically opted in:

Verification codes are sent only when you choose to enter a mobile number and request a code.

Customer Care texts are sent only if you check the separate, optional Customer Care SMS Consent box at sign-up.

Promotional texts are sent only if you check the separate, optional promotional box at sign-up.
You may decline any or all text messages and still create an account and use every PPC service. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by calling (803) 722-4024 or emailing support@patriotspetcare.com. Text messaging is governed by our SMS & Mobile Messaging Policy, and your information is handled per our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

Use the website and services only for lawful purposes.

Do not copy, resell, or redistribute our content without permission.

Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the site or other members’ data.

Intellectual Property
The Welcome Home Program video, guidebook, wellness tracker, the Patriot’s Pet Care name and logo, the tagline “For Love of Pets and Country,” and all related materials are owned by PPC and protected by law. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial purposes as an adopter. All other rights are reserved.

Disclaimers
The website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do our best to keep information accurate and the site running, but we do not guarantee that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the content will fit every situation.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, PPC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, the Welcome Home Program, or reliance on its educational content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
